Women portfolio submission control room

This notebook is the practical final-check notebook for women bracket submission. What a bracket entry is

One entry means one complete women's March Madness bracket.
In this repo, 1 women entry = 1 full 63-pick bracket.
The current women portfolio is 10 full brackets saved from the accepted women portfolio pass.

Why multiple entries exist

W-E01 is the main bracket and should be treated as the default women submission.
The other entries exist so the women portfolio can keep a strong W-LEG-FM-01 core while spreading across a small set of meaningful alternative paths.
W-PF-00 means the main women anchor entry.
W-PF-01 means a diversified women core entry.
